In the event that your products are faulty, cause an allergic reaction or simply if you change your mind, we will provide you with a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

CHANGE OF MIND
All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 30-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
– The item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
– Any items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
– This return policy does not apply to items, which have been specifically stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
– Any shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Margot.
FAULTY, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
We apologise if you have received your order with damaged, incorrect or missing items. If this has occurred, please let us know by filling out our form here and select the issue as ‘Missing Item’, ‘Incorrect Item’, or ‘Damaged Item’. You will also need to include a photo of the item/package, the name of the item as well as your order number which you would have received in your order confirmation email at the time of purchase. Please do not dispose of or throw away any of the items, as we may arrange to have the damaged items returned to us.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS
If you’ve experienced an allergic reaction to one of our products, please get in touch with us here. From there we will be able to find an appropriate solution and communicate with the brand involved if required. You will need to provide your order number, the full name of the product that has caused the reaction and a detailed description of the symptoms you’ve experienced. We may also require photos of the product and photos of the area affected. Since different skin types and conditions may react differently to particular products, we strongly recommend that you read carefully through the listed ingredients on products prior to purchasing.
